School....it was the best of times, it was the worst of times --Charles Dickens

Jackson couldn't understand why the speakers droned on and on and on......

Jana asked me a question at GG’s 80th that is probably on everyone’s mind…”Didn’t you already graduate?” Basically, it seems like I have been going to school continuously, my entire life. But really, I graduated with my AA in Communications in 1998, had a nice hiatus, and then went back to school for my AAS (Associates of Applied Science) degree in Histology to have a “specialized” job in the medical industry, (big sigh) then my job now (Ventana) told me they wanted me to have a bachelor degree…so I went back to school in 2006 and got my Bachelors of Applied Science in Health Sciences. The BAS degree is what I recently went up to NAU to get and I decided to walk because I had never walked before and I thought it would be fun to have pictures for Jackson to actually “see” that I graduated, cap, gown, the works. It was fun, mom and dad G went with us…we even had adjoining hotel rooms which Chris was thrilled with (Just Kidding One of my friends husbands was graduating with his masters degree at the same time so we went out to dinner with them the first night. Then we went to graduation the next day and afterwards we chuggalugged it to Phoenix, and then Queen Creek for GG’s 80th b-day party!
